This privacy policy applies to our website (bigdistraction.com) (the “Site”) and our video game titled “LORT” (the “Game”). Through the Site, we provide sales and marketing information about our company and games (such information, together with the Site and the Game, the “Services”).

Our Services are intended for an adult audience. Company does not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of 16. If we learn we have collected or received Personal Data from a child under 16 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 16 has provided Personal Data to Company through the Services please contact us here and we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases. Our Site is created and managed using Squarespace, which collects a limited amount of information about users accessing the site to provide us with certain anonymized analytics.
